Adams Homes is looking forward to a great next year in the new homes’ marketplace and is searching for seasoned professional new home sales agents to fill key positions within four areas in the SW Florida region.

Adams has inventory homes that are ready for the buyer wanting an immediate new home, thereby giving the agent the opportunity to earn compensation immediately. In addition, pre-sales for new construction are being offered in most divisions to ensure long term career possibilities.

Responsibilities:

In these positions, sales agents will work in a beautifully furnished model home and will be provided with all the tools necessary to earn an excellent commission package. Networking within the broker and public communities is essential. Our sales agents will BE influencing new homes’ buyers in the decision of purchasing a new home.

In addition:

These positions will be responsible for maintaining model home centers to ensure the cleanliness and appearance and notify Adams Homes of any repairs necessary in the model home. If you are bilingual in both English and Spanish, that is a definite PLUS!

Sales agents will be instrumental in assisting buyers through the sales process in choosing homesites and in the design of their new home. They will prepare sales contracts and assist buyers in obtaining mortgage financing. Adams Homes’ sales agents are afforded excellent sales training, and because of that, are then able to demonstrate the features and benefits of purchasing an Adams home.

Sales agents are required to be able to prepare competitive market analyses and report to management.

Qualifications:

These positions require sales agents who are dedicated team players and believe in excellent customer service. A Florida Real Estate license, strong communication and organization skills, and an excellent sales record in new home sales are required. These positions are 40 hour work weeks including weekends.

Adams Homes pays for advertising, marketing expenses and individual real estate licensing fees. We offer an excellent commission structure with potential for immediate earnings.

Openings are available in Tampa, Sarasota County, Charlotte County, Ft. Myers and Lakeland.
