Comcast, a leading national provider of cable, television, internet and phone services seeks sales professionals to promote our products and services including High-Speed Internet, Digital Cable, HDTV and digital voice phone service.

Job Description:
Responsible for day-to-day sales for Commercial Sales in the Northwest Indiana area. Responsible for meeting or exceeding their monthly sales goals.

Major Duties: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
• The Business Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new business customers for Comcast’s broadband Internet and Video service(s).
• Meet and exceed established activity and quota goals.
• This position develops leads, contacts prospects, makes appointments and closes the opportunities. Contact cold and warm prospects through a combination of telephone and in person calls to obtain appointments.
• Maintain personal performance and contact information including contact database, activity reporting and sales forecasts.
• Utilize appointments to determine customer needs and present Comcast broadband solutions. Assist customers and prospects in attaining their goals through proper utilization of Company products and services to ensure goodwill between customers and Comcast.
• Prepare and present the solution in a professional manner using the available resources. Complete required documentation to ensure customers orders are processed correctly and timely manner.
• Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, providing feedback and suggestions to management regarding new product additions and deletions.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, customer entertainment activities, sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements
• College degree is preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel, Power Point.
• 2-5 years experience in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and complete task successfully. Ability to clearly and effectively set goals and then attain them as evidenced by a track record
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
• Must maintain satisfactory quota levels.
