A rapidly growing Healthcare Organization is seeking a Network Supervisor to assist in leading their Network Services team!!

This position provides network support for all Hospital Information System's, infrastructure, protocols, connectivity, hardware and software in the areas of design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required Knowledge & Skills and Abilities:

·         You will provide tier 3 technical support and have advanced understanding of network communication protocols, data storage, system availability, Directory Services, Messaging services, disaster recovery, and TCP/IP, network and system securities.

·         You will supervise, prioritize, guide, support and lead all direct reports. Evaluating employee performance, coaching and counseling direct reports.

·         You will perform related Human Resource functions and participates in development and operations of Capital and Operating budgets.

Education & Experience:

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

·         5 years progressively experience, prefer 7 years of increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job.
