This position is located in our VA, Charlottesville facility



Customer requirements: General UNIX/NT Systems/Network Administration, Network problem identification, Knowledge of Enterprise Environment and Help Desk support. General HW and Remedy application knowledge a plus. DUTIES: "install/activate OSs, communications services, and user applications; system admin of desktop & server systems connected to LAN & WAN; desktop system management including account monitoring, security, OS install, and other local area Network system admin functions; maintain configuration and logistics inventories for all configured computer or communications HW; network/system install and operational functions, SW integration, and site surveys. Primary task and tier 2 user technical support, good customer service skills a must. Shift work required in 24X7 operation.

Requires High School diploma or equivalent. Industry Certification needed (i.e. A+, MOS, etc.)

Requires minimum 5 years experience.
