Job Description
Serves as technical specialist responsible for the monitoring, operating and managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any of the components comprising the DISN or DRSN networks. Performs operator level maintenance on all components/assets associated with network management systems. provides functional guidance, supervision, technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control to Level I personnel.

Requirements
Specialized experience includes, but is not limited to, specific experience in telecommunications network management, operations, installation or development.Associates degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other scientific or technical discipline directly related to the labor category + five (5) years experience of which at least three (3) years must be specialized. Clearance Requirements needed to start/Level: Top Secret
