Network Adminstrator
SATO America, Inc., (Charlotte, North Carolina)

Principle Responsibilities:

· Supporting a network of 75 Win32 workstations, 6 Windows servers and 3 Linux servers

· Maintain Active Directory domain and GPOs

· Upgrade, build, troubleshoot and repair PCs

· Upkeep and watch monitoring softwares: Nagios, Arpwatch, Ntop, and Cacti

· Perform Business security auditing, Intrusion Detection, Firewall rules management

· Support VoIP telephone system and assist with Oracle printer troubleshooting

Qualified candidates must possess:

· 2 + years of experience coupled with a technical degree and/or certification

· Working knowledge and ability to administer production level Linux servers and Active Directory domain

· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

· Ability to successfully interface with all user levels

· Working knowledge of networks and how to safeguard

· Ability to customize OS installs and deploy with RIS/WDS server

· Competent with network management; server capacity planning

· Understanding of Cisco routers, switch, firewall, and AP equipment

· Familiarity with SCSI, RAID, Anti-Virus, Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows NT Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server

· Ability to write scripts in PHP, Perl, Bash, Windows Batch, or Powershell
