 Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for a Netcents II Capture Manager. 

 Responsibilities for this position include:

·         Develop strategy for winning the bid, including price, themes and team strategies

·         Manage Capture budget and recruit proposal staff

·         Coordinate with other department personnel to develop additional customer knowledge and support

·         Get approvals from all stakeholders on elements of the proposal, ensuring completeness and accuracy

·         Become Program Manager after win to implement the contract

  The ideal candidate will have:

·         3-5 Years Business Development/Capture experience capturing large, complex multi-million dollar ($50M and higher) Air Force bids

·         Prior military service in the Air Force at the Officer level, preferred

·         Experience managing diverse capture teams

·         Must have thorough knowledge of government acquisition regulations

·         Knowledge of telecommunications solutions, desired

·         Program delivery experience, desired

·         Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

·         Must be willing to travel; May provide relocation assistance
