The main role of the National Account Manager for Sears / K-Mart is to perform all of the primary account manager responsibilities at Sears / K-Mart for all of Graco’s products.  This includes all headquarter call responsibilities directly with the buyers at each customer, managing appropriate penetration within each of the customer organizations with marketing, logistics, online departments and enabling vertical penetration with customer’s senior management.   In addition, this role will need to work very closely and collaboratively with Graco’s Channel Marketing organization, Account Services, Fashion, Marketing and Product Teams to drive Graco’s agenda and brand message within these very important customers.
The National Account Manager for  will be called upon within the Sales organization to provide leadership and guidance in the product development process in terms of applicability with key customers and will need to present periodically customer plans, forecasts, and overall customer strategic direction to internal groups and senior management.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  o        HQ call responsibilities for Sears and K-Mart o        Development of customer account plans, promotions, and check book management o        Work with account services, forecasting, finance on management of forecasts and customer terms o        Develop plans internally with channel marketing, account services, fashion, marketing o        Help to craft corporate marketing plans, product development opportunities and provide input on applicability at customers o        Provide leadership on line reviews and key category presentations o        Provide monthly volume call within billing meetings and update forecasts o        Coordinate with Channel on line transitions and management of fashion and product updates to line   Location is somewhat flexible but Atlanta or MidWest based.  Bachelor’s degree or commensurate combination of education and experience – Degree in Marketing related communications fields preferred 5+ Years experience in CPG, Durables or other related consumer sales organization.  Direct experience in calling on Sears, K-Mart a plus or proven track record in Sales to key regional or national customers.   Preferred Qualifications: ?
