Title: Music Account Associate

Role: Manage the introduction, implementation and execution of national ticket-sales projects – e.g., national fan club presales, VIP ticket sales, auctions and related third-party promotions - within the music sector. Manage cross-functional groups to initiate and execute these projects within the constraints of rigid time deadlines. Research new business opportunities to drive ticket sales goals. Lead team in meeting client expectations regarding project objectives and outcomes.Assist with administrative departmental functions as needed. Collect data and analyze results to ensure consistent positive outcomes for Ticketmaster and its clients.Advising and consulting clients, artist, management and other key stake holders on creative and strategic solutions for increasing ticket sales.Provide expert insight regarding tours that effect auction sales, fan clubs etc.Provide consulting advise to other TM departments on promotional content as it relates to tour marketingAttend networking conventions and conferences to increase visibility and department awareness industrywide.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience in one of the following: new media marketing, online business development or project management for new media and music marketing company. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams working towards the same goal. Excellent time management, presentation and written communication skills. Passion for music and Internet savvy required. Experience in the music and/or ticketing industry preferred. Previous experience or internship at a music label or talent agency preferred.
