Sunrise Senior Living Fox Hill Bethesda, Maryland Move-In Coordinator Sunrise Senior Living, the nation?s leader in senior living, is developing an innovative luxury full service, 240 condo community in Bethesda, Maryland. Fox Hill, a high-end equity based community, will allow seniors to own their condos while receiving all the hospitality features of a fine luxury hotel. The independent living senior condominium community is slated to open early autumn of 2008. Move-In Coordinator We?re seeking two Move-In Coordinators to assist new residents successfully transition to their new homes. The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for providing a successful, warm welcoming resident?s move-in and transition to their new community. You?ll work with the residents and families in completing and obtaining all required paperwork, coordinating assessment appointments and completion of required documents and preparing the resident?s administrative file as well as conduct the resident?s orientation to their new home. Qualified candidates must possess a dedication to seniors and a positive can-do attitude along with the following demonstrated skills: ? High school diploma with one year administrative experience ? One year customer service experience ? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate group presentations ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office ? Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours ? Ability to multi-task, problem solve and demonstrate good judgment ?
