American Mortgage Service Company (AMSCO) has originated tens of thousands of home loans since 1975.  A mortgage banker based in Cincinnati, with 11 locations in Ohio and Kentucky, AMSCO originates Conventional, FHA, VA and RHS loans in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana & Tennessee.

We are an approved seller/servicer with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and a correspondent lender with numerous investors.  With delegated underwriting authority, FHA DE and VA Automatic, we control the loan process from origination to closing and close almost every loan in our name.

We specialize in purchases and are a leading lender with first-time buyers.  We are a top10 Lender with Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and, also doing business as Kentucky Mortgage Company in Kentucky, the #1 Lender with Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) for the fourth consecutive year.

Technology is a critical tool for successful mortgage professionals today and AMSCO embraces technology.  Internet-based systems for prospect and client management, loan pricing and product eligibility, and marketing to past and future clients are among the tools provided to our LOs.

High-quality internet leads are also available for our LOs, whether as a primary focus or to supplement referral business.  We have more internet leads than we can handle on a regular basis, from the leader in the industry, and we consistently rank in their top20 nationally for purchase volume.

AMSCO LOs control their business, with direct, on-line access to pricing and product info and the flexibility to price each loan individually, credit reports and AUS on-line and in-house Validators/Underwriters.
