·        We have two locations, one in Northfield and one in Chicago; we are actively seeking expansion and are currently licensed in three states;  Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin,

·        Our office is completely functional with in house  DO and LP underwriting. Our underwriting team is able to provide loan approvals in less than thirty minutes.

·        We are closing record numbers of FHA loans as mortgage bankers.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·        Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed loan officer

·        Strong interpersonal skills; good phone skills

·        Attention to detail

·        Self-motivated and disciplined

Understanding of 1003 plus disclosures; ability to work at a fast pace
