Job Description: Seeking a highly energetic, motivated, self-starter who is interested in being an important asset to a large financial consulting firm. The position requires the complete written report of the researchers results of an in-depth investigation, analysis and audit of real estate centered financial transactions. Ideal candidates will posses excellent written and communication skills. Must be comfortable interviewing and documenting your findings. Good computer skills necessary. Real Estate title experience is helpful. Considerable Internet research is required. Pay is commission based once the initial 90-day training period is completed. During the 90-day period employees will be offered a Stipend as part of their learning process. Once on the commission program, individual income potential will be directly based on production levels. This type of program attracts those who strive to be rewarded on their individual production and allows the ability to take control of your financial success. First year potential earnings $40k-$60k.
