Our client, a large US coal company, is seeking experienced underground Production and Maintenance Supervisors to support their operations in Marion, IL.

Mine Production /
Maintenance Supervisors

Both positions will be for continuous miner and long wall operations. These positions will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a coal production shift or unit in a safe and efficient manner to achieve established production objectives within an approved budget. The ideal candidates should be flexible and open to growth and potential.

Requirements:

4-year degree not required, but would be a plus5+ years of underground mining experience with some supervisionMust have or be qualified to get state and Federal Certifications to perform jobFederal Electrical Cards for Maintenance job

The position offers a competitive compensation of $65k - $85K depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
