Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of languages/disciplines: .net (C#), ASP.NET 2.0 or later, ASP, VB6, XML/XLST/CSS, and MS-SQL. Understanding of XML based web services. Must possess a strong understanding of the ASP.net page event and object model (i.e user & server controls). Understanding of AJAX technologies. Must be able to work within a team environment with tight deadlines. Must have thorough knowledge of object-oriented programming methodology. Ability to perform analytical and programming tasks independently such as; design, code, write software, process documentation, and troubleshoot software related difficulties. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and direction in written and verbal form to other developers. Demonstrated ability to leverage technical expertise across teams of 2-4 as necessary. Must possess excellent analytical skills. Attention to detail is required. Strong communication skills, written and oral.Preferred Experience/Training/Education:Microsoft Certified Developer on .Net platform. Experience in lending technology, rules engines, pricing engines, BizTalk, and workflow technologies.Basic Experience / Training / Education
7+ years implementing software development projects using applicable technologies. Bachelor degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. Converting business and system requirements into detailed system design and technical specifications. Creating work effort estimates to be used as the primary input to project schedule work breakdowns. Implementing new code base as well as analyze and troubleshoot existing program code and correct errors as required. Creating and maintaining user, technical and operational documentation that describes program code, logic, changes and corrections. Using portions of system development life cycle project management processes. Communications / Management:- Proven written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers- Ability to explain technology to external, as well as internal, customers.- Demonstrated ability to answer conceptual questions for all customers.- Ability to say no politely to external, as well as internal, customers.- Ability to determine urgency of a request. Strong experience with or competency in working with large scale multi-layered applications
