BearingPoint is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our team in support of software development activities within our Global Software Development Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where you will become an integral part of a development team with opportunities for growth, taking on additional responsibilities and developing a long-term career. **Relocation to Hattiesburg, MS is required. **U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Must be willing to assist in obtaining U.S. government clearance. **Little to No Travel required. Responsibilities Perform detailed software design, documentation, development and testing for .NET applications; Analyze customer needs and develop overall concept and design objectives; Successful individuals in this position are able to: Mentor, direct and assess the performance of multiple junior developers. Take a personal interest in the success of their team, and how that drives the larger success of the center. Communicate directly with client teams, and execute small (2-4 person) projects, or individual modules of larger projects of the same size Engage with the client team, building a relationship that drives repeat business. Identify required tasks for project execution, and report status against those Are self-motivated in the attainment of project goals Take an interest in our key business metrics, and execute projects with awareness of the business impact. Requirements: Associates degree, Bachelors degree or commensurate experience; 3+ years of computer programming experience; 3+ years of experience developing in the .NET Environment 2+ years of experience in ASP and one of the following: C#, VB 2+ years of experience in the configuration and administration of IIS; 2+ years of experience developing relational data models in support of business requirements. 2+ years of experience using standard modeling techniques (UML, DFD, TRG) and software development lifecycle tools (Rational, Borland); 1+ years of previous work experience in multi-level oral and written communications to diverse audiences at multiple organizational levels. 1+ years of work experience in an analytical role identifying and solving problems. 1+ years of experience working in teams and in a team environment, that is process-oriented and deadline-driven. Relocation to Hattiesburg, MS required. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be willing to assist in the application process to obtain government clearance.
