PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide consulting services to MTM customers. You may also be responsible for managing and supervising other engineers in the completion of projects to design/implement/troubleshoot software, hardware, and associated peripherals on computer networks.

This position will be responsible for providing administrative, engineering and architectural level consultation for various MTM customers in addition to pre-sales assistance, scope development, support and training for MTM customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implementation of best practice procedures for Citrix and network architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance/support.

- Citrix Support and Level 1, 2, or 3 troubleshooting with 24/7 support experience.

- Windows, Terminal Services, Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting.

- Implementation of vended and non-vended applications to run in a Terminal Services environment

-Design and Implementation of routed and switched networks specific to LAN/WAN/VPN

REQUIREMENTS:

-Experience supporting Citrix MetaFrame / Presentation Server

-Experience supporting Citrix NFuse (Web Interface) and Secure Gateway/Access Gateway

-Strong understanding of Windows 2000/03.

-Solid understanding of Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN)

- Proven knowledge and configuration experience of Cisco WAN routers (2800, 3800, 7200) & LAN switches (3700, 4500, 4948, 6500), Cisco ASA / PIX Firewall, Cisco wireless access points (1200) and controllers

- Proven knowledge and experience with QoS, Routing Protocols (Static, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), Spanning Tree, Layer 3 Switching, and VPNs (IPSec, MPLS, VPLS)

- Knowledge and / or configuration of Citrix products including NetScaler, WANScaler, and Access Gateway solutions.

- Experience with network analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques

-Excellent documentation skills are required and the ability to make presentations to a technical audience desired.

-CCDP and / or CCNP certifications strongly desired

-CCA and MCSE certifications are strongly desired. CCEA is a big plus.

-Strong understanding of Active Directory and GPOs is desired.

-Experience as a lead consultant in designing and deploying Windows 2003 and Active Directory projects a big plus.

-Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, we are seeking either a very strong Microsoft Engineer with Active Directory, SMS or VMWare or a strong Citrix Engineer or a senior Cisco Engineer!!  Either of these technical focuses would work.  We want the right person who can pick up technology easily and interact with customers.  Candidates living in Kansas may apply as well.
