Position Description:

Create and manage the bank’s merchandising program
Direct messaging within merchandising to line up with branding & sales objectives
Ensure consistency of message in all merchandising components
Audit and make recommended changes to bank’s merchandising fixtures & components
Work with senior retail management to bring tangible merchandising to the delivery of retail products
Select and manage inventory of bank’s logo bearing promotional items
Manage marketing coordinator’s fulfillment of promotional items
Work with multiple layers of management and departments to execute objectives
Manage print production from bid to execution and fulfillment; ensuring projects are on-strategy, on-budget and on-time.




Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications or graphic arts
Minimum 5 + years experience in visual merchandising or retail merchandising with specific experience in product merchandising
Proficient in production management and/or printing practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including effective listening, written and presentation skills
Strong computer skills and with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
