Growth-oriented and dynamic privately owned multi-channel retailer is seeking a deeply experienced Merchandising executive who is a creative, data-driven, out-of-the-box thinker to develop and drive business strategies for our healthcare / daily living aid brands. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity as the successful candidate will be building and driving this business segment from the ground up, as well as developing, mentoring and managing their team. The position will be based in Hudson, Ohio with travel required. On-target candidates residing nationwide will be considered and, if chosen, assisted with relocation.

 

Key qualifiers include:

At least 5 years in a senior role merchandising healthcare products Proven track record of building successful merchandising brands Strong new vendor and new category development experience Exceptional sourcing and negotiation skills Strategic planning ability to conceptualize and implement short and long term merchandising goals, aligned with company expectations Preferred experience includes retail, internet or catalog industries in healthcare, daily living aids, personal care products and support & mobility products Above all, must be passionate about what they do and excited about making a significant impact in their market segment!
