Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas seeks an outstanding Membership Team Leader to work in the Denton and Highland Village offices. Responsibilities include: developing a strategic plan to support membership growth and retention, supervising the membership team in the Denton and Highland Village offices, implementing council wide funding initiatives within the assigned geographical area, volunteer development and management, facilities management of both facilities and will maintain monthly spending in accordance with budget and will provide feedback to build annual budget.

Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field and (3) years management and supervisory experience required; at least (1) year experience within a non-profit, or association required, experience working in Girl Scouting environments strongly desired. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency with using Microsoft Office applications is required.
