Medication Nurse Aide

SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation for Rochester provides skilled nursing, as well as short- and long-term care in a pleasant, tranquil setting. Our rehabilitative and restorative care programs focus on meeting residents’ needs and helping them reach maximum independence.

We are looking for a few Medication Nurse Aides to round out our team. You will  assists in the administration of medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state

law.

Requirements

We are looking for the right professional to join our team. If you possess the following attributes and credential, please apply:

* Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
* Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel and develop/maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.
* Ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive feedback.
* Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
* Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
* Ability to respect residents including those who have impaired cognition.
* Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.
* Sufficient computer skills required to perform duties. 

* Nurse's Aide, New Hampshire approved, for at least two years.

* Successfully complete a New Hampshire approved training program.

* Long-term care experience preferred.
