Job Summary Within the Government Programs Operational Compliance Reporting (GPOCR) department this position provides reporting, analysis, and consulting to Prime account teams and clients in order to assess performance of Medicare Part D products and develop recommendations for improvements. This position will participate primarily in development of new reports and some analytical modeling. II. Accountabilities 1. Assumes responsibility for routine and mid-level CMS and client reporting tasks with some analytical work. 2. Analyzes and interprets client pharmacy benefit data and reports. 3. Consults with and presents outcomes of analyses to Account Management. 4. Complete ad-hoc reporting assignments. 5. Participates in development of analytic methodologies, models, and new reports. 6. May represent the division on corporate projects. 7. Assist with client and internal data analysis and consulting 8. Other duties as assigned. III. Job Requirements 1. College degree with 1-2 years of experience working with and reporting on Medicare Part D data (preferred) Pharmacy data, and/or Medical Claims data. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills 3. Experience working with pharmaceutical, medical and financial data. 4. Experience with large sets of claims data. 5. Extensive experience using analytical tools, and familiarity with SAS. 6. Proficient in Excel and Word – SAS and/or SAS Enterprise Guide highly preferred. 7. Prefers to work in a team environment. 8. Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills. 9. Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines. 10. PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM data and services helpful.
