Come Join our Team! Southpark Healthcare, an affiliate of Sunbridge Healthcare and a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare, has an opportunity for an Medicare Billing Specialist at our 297 bed skilled nursing center located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities include the processing of accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with company policy to maximize cash flow and ensure company account receivable targets are met.

Requirements

* At least two years of prior Skilled Nursing Medicare Billing experience.  * 10 key by touch.  *Commerical insurance and HMO billing experience preferred.
* Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technology skills required to perform duties.
* Ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals, to develop/maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.
* Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.
* High School education or equivalent.
* Prefer an Associates degree from a community college or technical school.
