Duties: Provide medical case management for medically complex claims, especially catastrophic workers’ compensation claims. Serve as medical resource for claims staff and provide guidance and information on specific claims.

Qualifications: Self-motivated, energetic, and effective team member wanting to be an integral part of Montana State Fund's mission as "Montana's insurance carrier of choice and industry leader in service."

Required Competencies: Customer Service, Initiative, Accountability and Job Knowledge.

Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, human services, or closely related field plus 2 years closely-related work experience. Master’s degree in related field preferred. Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (RRN) is strongly preferred. (Ability to sit for CCM or RRN certification exam would be considered.) Other combinations of education and experience that could provide the equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities will be evaluated and considered.
