Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML) is a division of Bourget Health Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Providence Health Care, located in Spokane. PAML operates a state-of-the-art, full-service reference laboratory and maintains other laboratory operations throughout the western United States.

BILLING SPECIALIST 04/28/2008

Hours:

 

40 HOURS

Responsibilities:

 

·  Maintain client satisfaction while reducing missing billing information

·  Weekly insurance error report, insurance recaps

·  Nursing Home Census reports

·  End of the month client billing

·  Cash payment reconciliation

·  Work lab requisitions for missing billing information

·  Follow up, review, research accounts

·  Conduct fax and phone requests and update accounts

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

 

·  High school diploma or equivalent

·  1 year experience medical billing, customer service, medical diagnosis knowledge

·  Accurate 10key/typing (35wpm)

·  Proficient data entry skills

·  Ability to pay attention to detail
