Our client is a leading edge technology company in the healthcare field. They are a 1.5 billion dollar unit of a Global Organization. The Wisconsin facility designs, develops, and manufactures critical care devices for the health care market. This is a newly developed team and your chance to be a part of an exciting new engineering sector that has a direct influence making measurable changes that impact patients and their care.
Responsibilities
§ Design, develop, and evaluate current products for cost reduction opportunities§ Create and review designs§ Develop new initiatives for future projects§ Develop test and validation protocols§ Ensure product compliance for quality, safety, and performance§ Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing to create design efficiencies§ Manage project schedules
Desired Qualifications
§ BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering required§ 3 years or more related experience requiredSuperior communicationsProject management experienceExperience working in highly regulated environments such as FDA preferredDesign experience with CAD, Pro-E, or SolidWorks desired
