Manpower is currently recruiting for a technical skilled mechanical designer, including material selection, fabrication methods, and drafting standards. The position will interface with all levels of a manufacturing organization and have a proven track record of design. Design, creation, and management of models, drawings, bills of material and other pertinent engineering data. Incorporation of engineering design changes into the manufacturing process. Evaluate, test and specify materials for cost reduction, quality improvement and/or new product introduction. Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Primary Skills: Associates Degree or B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of Solidworks 3D modeling experience. At least 3 years experience in product and system development. Detail oriented with strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
