Firth Rixson, the world’s second largest Aerospace forging company, is actively seeking Mechanical and Materials Engineering Graduates for our Manufacturing Leadership Program. Our facilities in California and Nevada and NY have openings for both Mechanical and Materials Engineering graduates.

Our Manufacturing Leadership Program features a series of rotational assignments, each of approximately six months’ duration over approximately a two year timeframe. These assignments are customized to align your career vision with our corporate needs.
Program OverviewAssignments typically include:
Experience across different businesses and product groups At least one cross-functional assignment in areas such as finance, marketing, sales, procurement or logistics At least one manufacturing supervisory assignment is required Candidates must be willing to relocate to support their development needs (Our facilities are in the US, UK, Hungary and China.)Developmental OverviewResponsibilities typically include:
Manufacturing Supervision Project Management Lean Manufacturing Maintenance Supervision Product Relocation Capital Project Implementation Quality Engineering New Product Development Process Implementation You will also have opportunities to take advantage of various leadership developmental activities and training programs.
Requirements:
BSE in Materials or Mechanical Engineering
US Citizenship
Occasional international travel required
Strong Leadership skills or experience
