MDS COORDINATOR
Full-time position available. (EOE/M/F/V/D)


Requirements
RN must be currently registered/licensed with state of Georgia. Two years of nursing experience required, preferably geriatric nursing.

Responsibilities
Must be able to oversee patient care assessments and the care plan process for each resident in accordance with all laws, regulations and company standards.
