job summary

 

The Production Pricing and Products division serves a general oversight function with key responsibilities to include support for: 1)  Internal Production Pricing (Margin Management); 2)  Financial Strategic Planning; 3)  Monthly Business Review; 4)  Secondary Marketing; and 5) Financial and pricing systems development.

Senior Vice President, Production Pricing reports into the Executive Vice President, Production Margin Management.

The Senior Vice President, Production Pricing staff includes the Vice President - Production Management Secondary Marketing and their direct reports.

 

 

duties and responsibilities

 

The duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

 

·          Acting as a Liaison for all aspects of Production Secondary-Marketing functions

·          Monitoring daily Breakeven Pricing posted to all divisions by Secondary Marketing

·          Monitoring daily Margin (GPM) Pricing posted by all divisions

·          Reviewing divisional Pricing policies and Training programs

·          Designing and implementing Margin Management changes via Nirvana Margin Management System

·          Monitoring Nirvana usage and functionality

·          Performing LOS (EDGE and AdvantEdge) and Downstream-System-related Pricing Enhancements

·          Implementing Margin Management for Home Equity and Subprime products

·          Monitoring and analyzing Secondary-Marketing Hedge Costs

·          Addressing any Pricing issues associated with potential RESPA changes

·          Participating in Pricing and Product Committee Meetings within each Production Division

·          Working with PD&S to provide Pricing expertise as it relates to Product Development and Product Enhancement functions

·          Providing subject-matter expertise on Pricing policies, Accounting and Systems

 

 

qualifications

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following professional skills, attributes and qualifications:

 

·          Post-graduate degree

·          Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Development, Pricing Administration, Risk Management and General Production

·          Strong financial skills specific to Loan-level Economics

·          Strong computer skills—specifically as they relate to Tracking and Reporting

·          Strong regulatory skills—specifically as they relate to Pricing, Fees and Lending in general
