Position Summary: A fantastic opportunity to get on board with one of Austin’s most exciting software companies, be part of a cutting-edge marketing team and drive demand generation programs focused on the European market.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for driving all of our demand generation initiatives in Europe. These initiatives will include email marketing, webinars, white paper programs, seminars, key tradeshows and partner events. You will be based in Austin, TX, but will travel regularly to our European Headquarters in London, England to develop and execute our program roadmap. Ideally, you will have previous experience marketing to European prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing marketing programs to drive demand in key European territories, focusing initially on the UK and France. Coordinating programs from concept to completion including: initiating marketing ideas, researching and developing content, and execution Serving as liaison among Global Marketing, European Sales, and partners to drive program schedule, content & delivery Incorporating events into an integrated marketing approach, taking into consideration corporate direction and branding initiatives Executing all aspects of tradeshow and events including: research, contracts, completion of documents and applications, staffing of tradeshows, pre-show meetings, onsite details, post-show wrap-ups Sourcing and recommending additional events based on emerging markets Managing budgets and reconciling on a monthly basis Analyzing and reporting on event and campaign results

1-3 years of general marketing experience in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives working independently with moderate guidance, and is capable of and comfortable with critical thinking & problem solving, Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing strategies into tangible marketing deliverables & execute those deliverables on time and budget Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and collaborate with others to complete projects under tight project deadlines Experience with one or more of our key European markets is a plus Demonstrated competency in events and other logistical support for marketing programs Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Exposure to the following a plus: Salesforce.com, Eloqua and Adobe Creative Suite Bachelor’s degree required
