We are seeking quality, customer-focused individuals who want to be part of a winning team, and who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.  Currently, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist at our ALPHA headquarters location in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 

 

SUMMARY: 

 

The Marketing Specialist will execute the promotional and communication strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and commitment from both our direct retail customers and international distributor partners.

 

We are looking for a candidate with that rare combination of graphic design creativity and pragmatic business sense.  The ideal candidate will exhibit great creative instincts, be energetic, a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision, and be very results oriented.  In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, strengths in web design, and experience in using web-based initiatives as a communication tool for internal and external customers.  In essence, we are searching for a candidate that can create “buzz” in the message and identify/manage the distribution vehicle as well.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Assists in publishing customer targeted e-newsletters.Assists in managing trade events.Coordinates advertising and promotions activities.Implements and tracks loyalty program for partnersDevelops sales presentations to support direct sales calls as needed.Assists with the maintenance of the ALPHA websiteDigital database managementManages CRM marketing campaigns

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

BS or BA in business, marketing, graphic arts, design, or related field Internet-based marketing experienceSmall/mid-size entrepreneurial environment experienceRetail experience a plusMulti-lingual skills a plusInternational experience a plusWilling “can do” attitude
