Performs advanced (senior-level) marketing and business development work. Plans and executes short and long-term integrated marketing communication strategies to support agency goals and objectives. Works collaboratively with business owners to plan and implement campaigns to reach and exceed goals. Evaluates campaign activities and approves budgets. Works under supervision of the Director of Marketing and Business Development, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
· (E) Assists the Director in planning and developing strategic marketing communication initiatives in close collaboration with internal teams to meet agency defined goals across all lines of business. · (E) Manages selected marketing campaigns to reach targets as effectively and efficiently as possible for all lines of DIR business.· (E) Coordinates the development of creative briefs that identity guidelines on messaging content, creative requirements, program goals, metrics and budget.
· (E) Manages the creation and execution of all print collateral pieces, web messaging and PR activities.
· (E) Identifies and manages marketing services resources and third party service providers e.g., agencies, designers, writers.
· (E) Monitors and tracks marketing communications to make sure they are consistent with brand standards and integrated through all media channels.
· (E) Plans and manages business outreach programs at events, conferences and other promotional venues.
· (E) Identifies and executes the “right” mix of promotional tools and tactics to impact targets. (E) Designs innovative and measurable ways to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
· (E) Manages the development and execution of customer satisfaction/customer needs surveys.
· (E) Performs budgeting and cost control activities on assigned projects
· (E) Develops and executes internal communication strategies.
· (E) Performs related work as assigned.

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business administration; or degree in general area plus four additional years of marketing or customer service experience.
· Masters Degree preferred
· One year of additional related experience may be substituted for each year of formal education. (Nine (9) years of experience required without degree)
Experience and Training:
· 5 years experience in marketing with a minimum of 3 years of current progressively responsible experience in branding, marketing, communications and business development.
· 3 years experience developing and executing marketing communication/business development programs.
Experience and Training Preferred:
· Experience in developing and executing information, communication technology related marketing/customer service programs
