We are currently seeking to identify and add Marketing/Recruiting talent in the Dublin, Ohio and Austin, Texas markets to service multiple major clients. You will be expected to handle/grow a network of Clients and Candidates. Previous Staffing, Recruiting, human resources experience is useful, but not mandatory.

 

Successful members of this team are looking to capitalize on their unrelenting desire to win. You will be able to demonstrate your previous experience of success and leadership in a team environment. This position demands an extremely high degree of energy, determination to succeed and a “Can Do” attitude. Ability to do what it takes to succeed.      

 

As a Full Time Staff member you can expect to earn a salary plus commissions. You will be eligible to participate in our benefits plan.   

   

 

Position Requirements

 

Polished presentation skills, both face to face and via phone Multitask at a very demanding rate of speed Ability to work whatever hours are needed to be successful Ability to attend and participate in after hours functions for client entertainment and company events.      Professional presence and dress required 4 year bachelor degree a must Must be able to pass standard background checks; including criminal background check, drug test, have a reasonable driving record While overnight travel is not usually required. Some may be required for client development, training and company meetings and events.
