Description: Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will manage and grow important marketing initiatives from development through implementation, tracking and business reporting. This position will work closely with various functional area teams within the Marketing Group and interface with other internal departments, including: the Creative Services, Product Development, Customer Care, and Accounting.. This role requires previous marketing experience, creative thinking; and demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Essential Functions:

Marketing Campaign Development and Implementation

- Interfaces with internal Creative Services group, as well as external agencies and ING DIRECT team members, to manage development and implementation of marketing campaigns

Primary owner of Lead Generation/Nurture Marketing Programs

- Responsible for management and growth of current lead generation/nurture program, converting leads from various sources to account opening via email campaigns.

Primary owner of Word of Mouth/Viral marketing programs, including Tell-a-Friend campaign.

- Responsible for management and growth of existing TAF program through online and offline tactics Qualifications: Experience & Qualifications:



3-5 years marketing experience and at least 1 year online marketing experience

Self-starter and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mind-set

Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate successfully

Excellent organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Microsoft Office proficiency. Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus.



Education and/or Certifications:
