Marketing Manager

 

Highly successful firm is seeking a Marketing Manager. Ideal candidate will be an experienced individual who can apply extensive experience in Marketing and public relations leadership to support for New York City, Stamford and Paramus locations of the firm. This role will be based in either New York City or Stamford, CT.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

Partner with the Managing Consultant and Director of Account Management to determine strategic marketing goals, objectives, messages and target listsMust take the lead in developing and implementing measurable, integrated marketing plans aligned with regional directionDevelop strategies and tactics designed to help engage fellow associates in opportunities to build stronger relationships with clients and develop present and future businessDevelop and manage marketing, charitable giving and group entertainment budgetsPrepare gap analyses for local initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations to leadership team based on findingsProvide work direction to two Managing AssociatesWork closely with Managing Consultant, Director of Account Management and Regional Field Marketing ManagerEngaging, training and educating associates on database functionality and reportsParticipate and lead projects as requested on divisional, national or global scaleServe as marketing and PR

Strong leadership capacitiesAbility to work in faced paced team environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of good judgmentExceptional ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility Able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOutstanding time management skills, organizational skills and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong knowledge of MS Office applicationsEngaging personality with ability to network, maintain and inspire new business relationships
