Marketing Manager

E-centives is looking for a Marketing Manager in its Bethesda, MD headquarters location, to be responsible for implementing marketing programs to generate awareness and leads for its products and services.  Qualified candidates should send resume to careers@e-centives.com.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with executives, client services and business development teams to execute marketing plans.Develop compelling marketing communications material such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures, case studies, Web site content and white papers.Build and manage marketing efforts and programs for awareness and lead generation, including web-based activities such as SEO and SEM, etc.Manage and organize events, such as participation in tradeshows and web seminars.Provide marketing support on all aspects of lead generation and new opportunity development, as well as with client retention and loyalty.Source and package research and industry information to support sales efforts and provide clients and prospects with valuable insights.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field.4+ years experience in implementing B-to-B marketing programs with emphasis on supporting sales efforts, lead-generation and awareness building.Excellent written and oral communication skills; outstanding presentation skills.Strong analytical skills and passion for understanding products and market dynamics.Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to work well in client-facing environments, as well as with internal cross-functional teams.Experience with Internet marketing, online advertising or interactive agencies.Strong familiarity with Internet technologies; Must-have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Entrepreneurial drive and self-starter, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
