Marketing Manager

 

Our client, the world’s leader for consulting services in human computer interaction (usability), is seeking a Marketing Manager for their corporate office in Southeast Iowa.

This person will assume duties in the established marketing team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Design and fulfill email marketing campaigns including list fulfillment and database management.Oversees the planning and implementation of outsourced and in-house direct mail and email projects.Tracks and analyzes performance related to measuring ROI (return on investment) and makes recommendations for all aspects of direct response program. Develops advertising and promotional programs.Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in marketing strategy. Drive lead generation efforts via interactive, direct marketing, and field event channels.Develop compelling and consistent marketing messages and copy to support company branding, lead generation and customer/prospect awareness efforts. Execute cost-effective, multi-channel demand generation programs. Produce high-quality leads for solution offerings across multiple industries and geographies. Lead efforts to increase sales within key segments via advocacy programs.Manage internal and external resources as is necessary to fulfill the above referenced responsibilities.

 

Requirements:

 

·        Prefer 3 plus years marketing experience in the areas above. Will consider recent college graduate with right skill set and personal presentation.

·        B.S. degree in marketing. MBA added plus.

·        Corporate or agency experience. The ideal would have both.

·        Works well in team environment.

·        As there is not a relocation package for this position, the candidate must either be willing to self-relocate or live within reasonable commute of Fairfield, IA.
