Primary Objective of Position:

 

This position is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing programs for all assigned vendors and products.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Position would serve as both a product development and marketing position.Person must take initiative to learn company’s OEM business, our position in the marketplace and assist in suggesting ways by which it can continually improve.Identify and establish channel of OEM and aftermarket distribution.In some cases, person will be responsible to manage engineering and marketing projects with OEM customers to facilitate factory business.Develop sales programs for all vertical channels of distribution.Create and implement quarterly product promotions and sales incentives for OEM dealers and end customers.Participate with supplier in new product development.Take initiative to learn about and understand customers in all vertical channels.Support Regional Sales Managers with specific marketing concepts and product improvement for the channel of distribution.Serve as first line of communication with all company representatives for any and all product needs.Serve as first line of communication with assigned supplier representatives for any product issues or marketing programs and products.Travel as necessary to visit suppliers and customers.Follow ISO and all other applicable procedures and company policies.Perform other duties as required / needed.

 Qualifications / Requirements:

 

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Industry experience is a plus.The ability to manage multiple projects at one time is required.Excellent presentation skills and computer skills are essential.
