Top Homebuilding company seeks Marketing Manager. 

 

Requirements:

·          Degree Required

·          Minimum 5-10 years experience

·          Strategic Understanding

·          Mar/Com and PR

·          Will lead a good, energetic team but must be able to work independently as well

·          Have to have an understanding of sales and be able to work with strong personalities

·          Ability to market different brands for different divisions

·          Responsible for reading floor plans

·          Media Buying (PR and Community Relations included)

·          Understanding of Construction

·          Start-up sales/marketing experience

·          On-site sales presentations

·          Strong Personality

 

 

 

Primary Function

To manage the marketing efforts of the area to ensure brand consistency, including Advertising and Media, on-site marketing (Sales Offices and Pavilions), marketing direction for Model Merchandising, Signage, Event Marketing, E-Marketing and Public Affairs.  To provide support and consultation to the Divisions with regard to community execution, including theming, amenity programming, and overall fit and finish of each.

 

Supervision:

·          Does the position have direct supervisory responsibility? Yes

·          Ees Supervised: 6-8

·          Functions Responsible For: 4-5

·          Estimate % of time spent performing same work as those supervised. 10%

·          Will participate in employee hiring processes
