Who You Are:

The Senior Marketing Manager - Agency Segment is responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing programs to drive preference for Getty Images and support growth in the Agency segment as measured by revenue, volume and customer numbers. The position requires the development of specific segment insights, knowledge and analysis from which definitive strategies and actions can be executed to overcome barriers to growth and to identify new opportunities. Collaborates with product managers, regional market mangers and sales departments and other stakeholder functions to implement strategies and tactics to positively impact revenues and market share.

Your Next Challenge:

Segment Planning:

Drive business strategies for growth of the Agency segment - specific focus on retention of frequent customers, driving new registrants and conversion to new customers. Manage the Agency segment requirements for cross-functional business processes including (but not limited to) search, product definition, and reporting. Track and measure the changes in sub-segment purchasing patterns making recommendations to address lapsing and drive growth of sub segments. Manage sales meetings with Agency sales leadership reporting back on actions required by country to achieve sales forecasts.

Marketing Planning:

Drive marketing strategies for growth of the Agency segment customer and individual strategies for growth throughout their life-cycle. Collaborate on writing the marketing plan and execution detail gaining buy-in from all appropriate levels of the business to implement across departments. Develop and execute marketing programs to grow business from existing and new customers within the segment and sub-segments of the Agency industry. Manage segment budget communication with Finance team for all internal processes.

Customer Communications Programs:

Recommend the right campaign channels for the Agency segment to maximize market impact though the relevent use of online channels, pricing, advertising, publicity, events, sales training, promotional activities and collateral development. Prioritize messaging and product communication to provide the most relevent balance of information and inspiration to customers across products. Implements the development of on-target sales training, sales tools, and other promotional activities. Work with Regional market managers on strategies and tactics and execution to impact segment revenues and market share. Communicate information on marketing programs, customer profiles and key success factors to sales entities and brand marketing teams on a timely basis.

Direct Customer Knowledge:

Responsible for the creation of Segment expert groups (eg Agency interactive group) particularly in sales which regularly contribute knowledge/information/direct feedback into the forum and brainstorm actions. A 'virtual' segment action team. Responsible for directly meeting and interviewing customers to gather feedback to input into all programs including product development. Act as internal subject matter expert relating to Agency customers, their needs, purchasing patterns and market trends impacting growth.

Customer Trends and Insight:

Work with Customer Intelligence to provide regular reports and data tracking Agency segment sales and internal trends and resulting analysis and recommendations. Work with Customer Insight to develop and distribute Agency trends and opportunities throughout the organization and resulting analysis and recommendations.

What You'll Need:

5+ years Marketing experience, with an emphasis on customer marketing; preferable for a creative agency with at least 5 years experience executing cross product and portfolio marketing strategies. Experience developing and implementing aggressive, customer-focused programs (i.e. royalty-based programs, repeat customer programs, etc) Sales, sales management or commercial management is preferred. Experience in managing/mentoring a team cross functionally and internationally. Demonstrated wide knowledge of all marketing disciplines, portfolio management and communication channels required. Commercially minded, analytical and ability to work at a senior level within the organisation. Collaborative approach to problem solving and the ability to work with a highly skilled, cross-functional marketing team.
