This positions is involved in developing market strategies to support medical supplies products generally within the Medicare market. Marketing drives new customers and sales growth. Position develops strategies and tactical plans to support growth and retention, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. Marketing channels include direct-to-consumer campaigns with focus on direct mail. Client/partner relationship management along with exploring cross-company synergies is important. Position will analyze economic considerations, life-time-value, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program/project budgets.
Primary Responsibilities: Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed. Works with less structured, more complex issues. Serves as a resource to others. Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. Translates concepts into practice. Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues. Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others. Acts as a resource for others with less experience.
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree required and MBA is preferred. 3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics. 3+ years with direct marketing, preferably direct mail & call center experience. Experience in insurance, health care, medical products or highly regulated industry a plus. Attention to detail critical. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong analytical skills.
