The company is part of Ovations, a family of UnitedHealth Group businesses dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Americans ages 50 and older. The expansion and success of our organization has lead to the search for a Marketing Manager to join our Customer Equity team.  This growth-oriented position will offer the chosen marketing expert the opportunity to interact with many different departments and gain invaluable knowledge of our world-renowned Fortune 50 Company.  The Customer Equity team is responsible for communications to currently insured members in each of our insurance products. The Marketing Manager will focus on member communications for Ovations Insurance Solutions’ suite of products for AARP members aged 50-64.  The successful candidate will play a key role in determining strategies to address customer retention, member satisfaction and loyalty and optimizing the overall member experience. A key aspect of this role will be to serve as a liaison with the 50-64 product marketing team in Minnetonka, MN and the Customer Equity team in Fort Washington, PA.   The Marketing Manager will develop and manage campaigns and communications to insured members increase retention and member satisfaction.   Primary Responsibilities:Building relationships with internal and external departments to share information and obtain information for campaigns. Managing the entire campaign process from beginning to end. Working with Product Marketing to achieve synergies and consistency within the acquisition and retention campaigns. Working with Data Analytics to utilize modeling, segmenting, etc., to enhance and improve campaigns and report on results. Meeting deadlines and managing budgets. Representing Customer Equity on cross functional project teams. Working on member impact projects. Collaborating with member-feedback groups to improve member communications. Writing ad hoc communications as needed. Qualifications:4-6 years experience in health care.
