Job Title: Marketing Manager
Department: Face 2 Face Marketing - Chicago Market
Reports To: Marketing Director
Supervises: Telemarketing Representatives
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure all marketing operations fully operating according to corporate expectations and in compliance with all policies and procedures. To increase company profitability through enhanced marketing programs targeting all potential guests by providing prompt, courteous, and outstanding customer service and promotions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS: · Recruit, hire and train Marketing Representatives · Manage overall activities of all representatives. · Create and maintain a positive and productive team environment · Develops and maintains all vendor relationships · Monitor employee performance to measure overall productivity and administer disciplinary decisions based upon performance and behavior · Adhere to all company policy and procedures · Maintain and monitor all compliance and registration requirements · Communicates any issues to the supervisor immediately
QUALIFICATIONS · Able to recognize and address performance improvement and seek immediate result-oriented solutions· Able to prioritize and be a self starter· Able to handle multiple tasks· Organized and efficient in handling all aspects of local marketing needs· Strong communication skills• Able to train others to overcome objections, thinks quickly on their feet • Able to use Microsoft programs• Able to excite and motivate others• Able to work independently and with a team
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · Previous experience in face-to-face Marketing, Sales or Customer Service in the hospitality industry or timeshare industry· Previous supervisory experience

WORKING CONDITIONS · Offsite work environments to include malls, stadiums, convention centers, etc.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS · Full time with hours based upon business needs which may change based upon seasonal requirements
