TechTarget is seeking a Marketing Managers who will be responsible for driving the overall success of the websites and events in the Networking Media Group. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for audience recruitment and activity.  The Marketing Manager is responsibile for reaching all goals and metrics.

 

Essential Job Functions:

Develop and execute effective website and event marketing plans; Innovation in acquisition and retention marketing related to assigned sites and events; Develop programs, alliances and partnerships to drive traffic to sites; Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including copywriting; Negotiate advantageous media sponsorships with industry groups and partner sites and conferences; and, Manage Marketing Associate.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

Minimum 2-3 years marketing experience required (online and B2B publishing experience preferred); Experience crafting and executing marketing plans; Demonstrated success with a variety of online and offline direct marketing vehicles; including email, banner ads, newsletter sponsorships, link outreach, SEM and telemarketing;Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills; Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points; Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills; BS Degree or equivalent; and, Experience in high-tech marketing a plus.
