We are currently seeking a Manager, General Marketing for WesDyne International, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company Global Field Services. WesDyne International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric, a leading supplier of nuclear plant products and technologies to utilities throughout the world. WesDyne International specializes in the development and application of advanced non-destructive examination (NDE) inspection equipment, and services for reactor vessel, turbine generator and related systems.

Based out of Madison, PA at our Waltz Mill facility, the Manager, General Marketing will be responsible for contract and business development, balanced with operational leadership for a staff of 3-5 marketing engineers.

This position is responsible for:

- Developing product and organizational strategic business plans while ensuring operational effectiveness through appropriate resource allocation and commercial processes to support organizational business needs and objectives.

-Defining and implementing promotion and sales processes required for successful commercial implementation, establishing process and guidelines for proposal development to ensure consistency in management of commercial risk, and formulating business growth initiatives with creative offerings to meet new product positioning and customer needs.

- Expected travel in performance of position responsibilities is upwards of 35%. The successful candidate will have the following:

- Broad knowledge of marketing applications, including: customer business development, proposal preparation, terms and conditions, pricing, technical, and commercial offers.

- Demonstrated leadership skills in business development, managing engineering projects, knowledge in areas of product, market, and commercial nuclear industry regulations and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, related technical discipline or equivalent required. MBA preferred.

- Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) industry background a plus.

- 10 to 15 years of strong/progressively more responsible technical and commercial leadership experience preferred.
