Description: Lyrica is Pfizers most significant growth product. We are seeking a high energy, high performing individual to join the team and contribute strategically and tactically to drive significant growth for the product. The role will include projects and assignments that focus around a specific indication as well as across all Lyrica indications.

1. Be the lead for the fibromyalgia indication and be directly responsible for driving growth for this indication. Lead the development of all professional strategies for fibro growth, work with other team members to implement indication-specific tactics and work closely with the consumer team in the development of indication-aligned consumer strategies and tactics. Indication lead responsibilities also include:
a. Lifecycle development, including being the US lead for input into other fibro compounds currently in development
b. Op plan development for fibro
c. KOL development
d. Professional third party organization development

2. Work closely with neuropathic pain indication lead to develop an integrated pain platform for Lyrica - also ensure alignment with epilepsy indication lead to ensure cohesive strategies for the whole Lyrica brand
3. Work with other indication leads to ensure appropriate and well prioritized marketing mix and SOV to support all indications
4. Lead the neurobiology working group (with medical) to further elucidate the pathophysiology of pain
5. Work effectively with WW Team, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Sales, and Training to align goals, gain input on projects and maximize commercial success of Lyrica Qualifications: - Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment; ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders; influence/negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities a must.

- Ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level; results-oriented

- Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize effectively.

- Enthusiasm, confidence and strong verbal and written communication skills.

- 3-5 years marketing experience required. Pharmaceutical marketing and launch experience a plus.
