The Salvation Army is seeking an enthusiastic, technically inclined and self-motivated individual to be responsible for designing and coordinating innovative and effective marketing material that successfully promotes programs and services operated by Del Oro Division. Working in this fast-paced environment, the incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining the Divisional website and its means as a communication and fund raising tool. Applicants must be creative and accurate in work product, successful at meeting tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Desktop Publishing, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe-in-Design is a must. Applicants must be capable of designing and maintaining web pages with the most up-to-date technology. A BA Degree in marketing, PR or a related field is preferred, or, a minimum of three years demonstrated experience in marketing and internet development. Some local travel will be required.
