We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing/Communications team. In this capacity you will be responsible for implementing all facets of a busy marketing/communication function, including the creation and production of marketing and promotional materials for C.A.R.
Minimum of 2+ years marketing experience required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle all day to day coordination of multiple marketing projects
· Work with vendors, secure pricing and monitor associated expenditures
· Hands-on creative development of a variety of marketing collateral
· Establish and maintain contacts with the media
· Interface with a variety of staff to conceptualize and coordinate different marketing initiatives
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
· Strong communication skills
· Must be computer literate; MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); including Photoshop and Illustrator
· Real estate knowledge helpful
· Some overnight travel required.
