We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Financial Services Group for our San Francisco or Los Angeles office.  As an industry group Marketing Coordinator, this position will work with the industry group leader(s), other office leaders, and other marketing managers/coordinators to research, plan, implement and evaluate the results of our marketing initiatives for financial services clients and targeted prospects across the firm. The Financial Services Group serves financial institutions, dealer/brokers, financial planners, and funds managers.  This position is part of the Marketing and Sales Team and requires project management, collaboration and communication skills to effectively work as part of the team.

 

Responsibilities:

Make recommendations to the industry group leader on ways to improve top-line performance Complete the annual and monthly billing analysis, and other research in order to support initiatives and evaluate resultsCoordinate the preparation for annual planning, including the development of marketing and sales plansImplement industry group marketing plans such as client communications, prospect communications, events, webinars, client surveys in collaboration with practice offices and other marketing and sales team membersCoordinate the usage of the firm’s client relationship management software in compliance with firm standardsCoordinate the proposal process in accordance with industry group and firm standards, including appropriate research associated with a specific proposalAct as a contributing member of the firm’s marketing and sales team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing required; Master's degree preferredMinimum of three years of marketing experienceSelf-directed professional able to represent the firm to external prospects, clients and vendorsIdentify marketing programs and capitalize on market opportunitiesProvide quality project and process managementClient service oriented (both internal and external)Must  be an analytical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft OfficeSitting for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)Working on computer for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
